Season of Mists (13th Sep - 8th Nov 2014)
This autumn exhibition at Gallery Forty-Nine features paintings by Janine Baldwin, Barry Carter, Joy Green and Christine Alder. This is a show of expressive brushstrokes, sensitivity of colour palette and a real feel for the landscape, from abstracted pieces to architectural tree forms.
We also have a new range of intriguing wooden boxes by Stephen Schram. These are made with spalted oak and yew, and have secret drawers!
