For the first time, Yorkshire-based artist Dotty Earl brings her quirky, whimsical paintings to Gallery Forty-Nine. She hopes that her bright, colourful characters will bring a smile to your face!

Dotty Earl
Following a degree in Film and Animation, Dotty Earl spent many years hiding her art away in the computer entertainment industry before moving on to a freelance role, illustrating several novels (published worldwide), and creating artwork for clothing lines, amongst other pursuits.
Now, after moving to a small village in North Yorkshire, she has decided to start creating the art she's always wanted to make by bringing her bright and colourful characters to life in her own whimsical way.
